Aloha! Shingen is a traditional Japanese Soba and Bowl Rice restaurant. Here you will find a wonderful array of Soba noodle dishes from hot to cold. Our Soba noodles are made out of the finest buckwheat flour straight from Shintoku, Hokkaido. Among our variety of traditional Japanese cuisine, we also offer Bowl Rice, Udon noodles, tasty Tempura, and succulent grilled beef tongue to name a few.
